After an accident
- Make sure everyone is safe. Call 911 if anyone is hurt or the road is blocked.
- Photograph every vehicle, the load, the scene and the other driver's license, plate and insurance card.
- Write down names, phone numbers, the police report number and exactly where it happened.
- Don't admit fault or sign anything at the scene.
- Call your carrier's claims line (below), then call us at (305) 200-5065 so we can help follow up.
